Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Ready. Set. CO x Outside Festival Challenge Presented by UCHealth on NatureQuant’s NatureDose app (“Challenge”), NatureDose participants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. NatureQuant’s privacy policy governs any collection of your Personal Information by NatureDose.

Eligibility

A. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR CLAIM A PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON AN ELIGIBLE ENTRANT COMPLETING THE CHALLENGE AS DIRECTED IN THE APP. The Ready. Set. CO x Outside Festival Challenge (“Challenge”) is open to legal residents of the United States of America, age four (4) years or older at the time of entry. All users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under the age of 18) must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to participate. If you are a minor, you must have your parent or guardian read and agree to these Terms of Use prior to participating in the Challenge.

B. The challenge is governed by U.S. law and are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By entering a Challenge, entrants agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these official rules (“Official Rules”). Void where prohibited by law.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

A. Sponsor and Administrator will conduct the Challenge encouraging entrants to enter for a chance to win a prize. There is ONE WAY to enter a Challenge:

To participate, users must use the NatureDose app during the defined Challenge Period and meet the activity requirements outlined in the app. No purchase is necessary to enter or receive a reward.

CHALLENGE PERIOD

A. Challenge opens 05/31/2025 at 1:00pm local time and closes 06/10/2025 at 11:59pm local time.

HOW TO WIN AND REWARDS

A. Every entrant who completes the challenges as directed in the App will win a prize. Every entrant will be notified of their prize upon completion of the Challenge. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in the Challenge and complying with these Official Rules.

B. Rewards may include discounts, coupons, or other promotional offers as listed in-app. All rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may be subject to terms from third-party providers. NatureQuant is not responsible for lost, expired, or unredeemable rewards.

The approximate retail value for the prizes are as follows: One raffle ticket for a Muse 2 device valued at $250.00; a 15% discount code to Muse; and a 30% discount code to their next order at HoneyStinger.

DATA & PRIVACY

A. By participating, users agree that any personally identifiable information collected through the app will be handled according to NatureQuant’s Privacy Policy. Data may be used to operate, administer, or improve the Challenge experience. By participating in the Challenge, Entrant consent to the use of their information for such purposes in accordance with NatureQuant’s privacy policy.

LIMITATIONS & DISQUALIFICATION

UCHealth reserves the right to disqualify any entry to a Challenge not made in compliance with these Official Rules. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means will be void. The Challenge Entities are not responsible for misdirected, incomplete, lost, late, illegible, undelivered, inaccurate or delayed entries, or for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or other errors or problems that may limit or affect a person’s ability to participate in the Challenge, whether human, mechanical, typographical, printing, electronic, network or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Challenge, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in connection with the administration of the Challenge, the processing of entries, the provision of the prizes or in any Challenge-related materials. In the event of sabotage, acts of God, terrorism or threats thereof, computer virus or other events or causes beyond the Sponsor’s control, that corrupt the integrity, administration, security or proper operation of the Challenge, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify entrants and/or modify, cancel or suspend the Challenge. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring such cancellation. False or deceptive entries or acts will render the entrant ineligible. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. ANY ATTEMPT DELIBERATELY TO DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE, APP, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CHALLENGES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

DISPUTES

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Challenge or any prize awarded will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Colorado; (ii) any and all claims, judgments, and awards to entrants will be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Challenge, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages, and any other damages other than for actual out of pocket expense and any and all rights to have damages multiplies or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or entrants’ and/or Sponsor’s rights and obligations in connection with the Challenge are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

Continued participation the Challenge shall constitute acceptance by the Entrant of such modified or updated Official Rules. By participating the Challenge, Entrant acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to these Official Rules.
